Auk Recordings started releasing tracks back in 1997 and was started by Mark Lloyd & Mark Robertson aka District 1. AUK 002 was the very first release , AUK 001 was released after AUK 004. District 1 performed live at Birminghams Atomic Jam, Carl Cox's Ultimate Base & Billy Nasty's Open to Torture.
